- 2-3 years of professional kitchen/food preparation experience
- Relevant culinary qualification preferred
- Goa based
- Strong understanding of food preparation, ingredients, flavours, cooking techniques and kitchen processes
- Hands-on food production production and preparation, ensuring consistent product quality and presentation
- Assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and execution of menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Kitchen preparation, organisation, mise en place, labelling
- Inventory, stock planning, raw materials check
- Maintaining cost efficiency and minimizing wastage in production
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely and consistent product preparation and smooth daily workflow
