Stability engineer for SON Module responsible to drive stability & improvement in SON Quality KPI (Escalation, PDP, etc)
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Leading in quality improvement activities through data analysis and monitor process performance indices on qualified processes an establish good controls.

Owner of module Escalation Management. Responsible to analyze, monitor, and drive improvement on escalation incidents, as well as lead and manage escalation and facilitate discussion among all parties.

Focus on enhancing L1 early detections and improvement on escapees to next process, key line detection/ screening method/ disposition method to address escapees.

Drive relevant KPIs with respect to yield and quality indices (Escalation & SDCAR), manage and work with respective experts to reduce SDCAR & Assembly Critical Defects, and responsible to ensure SPC effectiveness through collaboration with process owners.

Drive for lesson learnt and best practices across modules for standardization and effective complexity management.

Responsible to coach junior engineer in enhancing technical know-how and problem-solving analysis.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science in Semiconductor Technology with more than 5 years related experience in Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing background.

Possess knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment knowledge.

Possess knowledge of Systematic Problem Solving methodology, e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bone.

Good knowledge and skills in production area; able to communicate with different level of staffs.

First level reliability (Knowledge of various failure modes, knowledge of application and respective reliability requirements and test standards)
