We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, typography, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create compelling designs that elevate brand presence across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns for fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Design marketing collateral including social media creatives, website banners, emailers, lookbooks, catalogs, packaging, and advertisements.
- Create engaging visual content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, sales promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, photography, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Lead the design process from concept development to final execution.
- Stay updated on fashion, design, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh creative ideas.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining innovation and creativity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or retail brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, social media, and marketing creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital-first creative approaches.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with D2C fashion brands, apparel companies, luxury brands, or creative agencies.
- Basic understanding of photography, art direction, and video editing.
- Experience in designing for e-commerce platforms and performance marketing campaigns.
