About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Exhibition Stall Designer who can conceptualize, design, and develop attractive and practical exhibition stalls, booths, and event spaces.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of 3D visualization, exhibition stall design, materials, fabrication techniques, lighting, branding, and space planning, with the ability to convert client requirements into commercially viable designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative and high-quality 3D exhibition stall designs based on client requirements, brief, brand guidelines, and available space.
- Develop complete stall concepts including:
- Reception counters
- Product display areas
- Meeting rooms
- Storage areas
- LED/video walls
- Branding and signage
- Furniture layouts
- Lighting concepts
- Hanging structures
- Fascia and façade designs
- Prepare 3D views, renders, elevations, floor plans, and working drawings as required.
- Understand exhibition hall layouts, stall dimensions, open sides, height restrictions, organiser guidelines, and venue regulations.
- Select suitable materials such as MDF, plywood, laminates, acrylic, glass, aluminium profiles, fabric, vinyl, paint, LED, and other exhibition materials.
- Ensure designs are structurally practical and fabrication-friendly.
- Coordinate with the production/fabrication team to ensure that the approved design can be executed properly.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback and provide revised versions within deadlines.
- Prepare designs and presentations for client approval and sales proposals.
- Work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Suggest cost-effective design alternatives without compromising the overall visual impact.
- Maintain proper design files, versions, dimensions, material specifications, and final approved artwork.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for branding, artwork placement, backlit graphics, logos, and print requirements.
- Ensure all designs are delivered within committed timelines.
- Participate in design discussions and presentations with clients when required.
Required Software Skills
Must Have:
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
Good to Have:
- SketchUp
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Illustrator
- Lumion / Enscape / other rendering software
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong creative and conceptual design ability.
- Good understanding of exhibition stall fabrication and construction.
- Excellent knowledge of dimensions, proportions, materials, lighting, and finishes.
- Ability to create realistic and professional 3D renders.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and exhibition layouts.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into attractive design concepts.
- Practical understanding of budgets and material costing will be an advantage.

- Number of designs/concepts completed within deadlines.
- Quality and creativity of 3D designs.
- Percentage of designs approved by clients.
- Speed of incorporating client revisions.
- Accuracy of dimensions and technical details.
- Coordination with sales and fabrication teams.
- Reduction of design-related execution errors.
- Ability to deliver designs according to the approved project budget.
- Timely submission of final working drawings and files.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, 3D Design, or a related field.
- Relevant exhibition stall design experience will be preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in:
- Exhibition stall design
- Event & booth design
- Interior design
- Retail/brand activation design
- 3D architectural visualization
Candidates with strong exhibition-industry experience will be given preference.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience, skill level, portfolio, and interview performance.
What We Expect
The candidate should be able to take a project from client brief → concept → 3D design → revisions → final approval → working/fabrication drawings with minimum supervision.
A strong portfolio of exhibition stall designs is mandatory.
