Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Admin to manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities of the institute. The candidate will be responsible for employee coordination, attendance management, recruitment support, documentation, office administration, and maintaining discipline and smooth functioning within the campus.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and staff files.
- Support recruitment activities such as posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents, and employee records.
- Maintain employee database and confidential HR documents.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff regarding HR-related issues.
- Maintain employee discipline and workplace policies.
- Support payroll data preparation and attendance verification.
- Handle employee grievance coordination and communication.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of cabins, classrooms, and office premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and support staff.
- Monitor office stationery and administrative inventory.
- Maintain records of assets and office utilities.
- Support event arrangements, meetings, and institutional activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operational workflow.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of institutional records.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin role preferred.
- Experience in educational institute will be an added advantage.
