We are looking for an experienced professional for the role of Associate Manager – Business Excellence to drive operational excellence, process improvement, and manufacturing transformation initiatives across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement initiatives
Ensure effective Daily Work Management (DWM)
Implement and sustain 5S across plant operations
Lead Kaizen, TPM, OEE, Scrap Reduction & Productivity Improvement activities
Conduct process/system audits and improve plant efficiency
Support Manufacturing Excellence award preparation initiatives
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, OHS & EMS requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational improvements

B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Rubber / Polymer
Six Sigma Certification preferred
CIPET background will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
