Role Purpose - To act as the key link between MD, GM and Managers, ensuring strong coordination, follow-up and execution across all departments.
Key Responsibilities -
- Bridge the gap between MD, GM and Department Heads.
- Take strong follow-ups and ensure timely closure of all pending matters.
- Oversee Manufacturing, Service, Projects, Purchase, Design and Accounts.
- Coordinate with Railways, Metro, Government Bodies and customers.
- Visit and monitor factory and project (PAN India) sites as required.
- Review project progress, production, service, purchase and critical issues.
- Ensure accountability, discipline and execution across departments.
- Support MD/GM in business, project and strategic matters.
- Identify problems, take ownership and drive quick solutions and results.
Candidate Profile -
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, service and project execution.
- Strong command and confidence to manage managers and cross-functional teams.
- 15+ Yrs. Experience in dealing with Railways/Metro/Government authorities preferred.
- Highly energetic, proactive, confident and result-oriented.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Willing to travel extensively and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
