Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused Sales Development Representative (Inbound Sales) Interns to join our growing team. As an SDR Intern, you will handle inbound leads, interact with potential clients, qualify prospects, and coordinate with the Business Development team. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales, business development, or client communication within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and respond to inbound client inquiries
● Understand client requirements and qualify leads
● Coordinate meetings with the Business Development team
● Maintain follow-ups with warm leads
● Update lead details and communication records in CRM tools
● Assist in nurturing and maintaining the sales pipeline
● Collaborate with the team to improve lead handling processes
