Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers in the showroom and provide product information
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable tiles, designs, and combinations
- Explain product features, pricing, and available offers
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Coordinate with warehouse and billing team for order processing
- Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, architects, and contractors
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate
- 1–3 years experience in retail / showroom sales (tiles, sanitary, hardware preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (billing / Excel preferred)
- Customer handling and convincing skills
Preferred Candidate
- Presentable personality
- Sales-driven and target-oriented
- Experience in tiles / building materials is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
