Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory
- Identify new dealers, distributors and institutional customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing and demand trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
Key Skills Required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Good understanding of battery products (Automotive, Tubular, Inverter, VRLA preferred)
- Knowledge of local market and dealer network
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Battery Manufacturing / Battery Sales industry (mandatory)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
