- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations with clients to close deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
- Participate in marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and campaigns
- Provide regular reports on business development activities to management
