Role Overview:
Fyn is building a platform that connects businesses with gig and blue-collar workers, providing essential services and support. The ecosystem will help businesses and workers thrive through convenient access to jobs, medical/financial/insurance support, deals on daily needs, and upskilling opportunities. As a Strategic Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with B2B partners to onboard their services onto our platform. Your key focus will be on identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships with multiple businesses to enhance our service offerings. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration with our partners, driving value for both the business and our platform users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify potential B2B partners and develop strategies to onboard them to our platform.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with business goals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to integrate partner services and deliver value to users.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay updated with market trends and identify new opportunities for partnerships.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of partnerships and ensure key KPIs are met, making adjustments as necessary.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on partnership activities and outcomes to the leadership team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to manage the partnership lifecycle.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome obstacles and deliver win-win solutions.
- Self-Starter: Proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in platform-based businesses, gig economy, or B2B services is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
