Qualification:
- Graduate with Diploma in Computer Applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of AI tools and good communication skills.
- Good command over written and spoken English.
- Typing speed and drafting skills preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in office administration / personal assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence, emails and office records.
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Preparing letters, reports and presentations.
- Assisting management in day-to-day office operations.
- Utilizing AI and office productivity tools for documentation and communication.
Pay: ₹10,282.32 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
