Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Finance & HR Executive who will manage financial operations along with HR responsibilities. The role includes handling accounts, payroll, recruitment, and most importantly site budget monitoring and expense validation to control project costs.
Key Responsibilities: Finance Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Journal Entries)
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
Site Budget & Expense Control (Added Section):
- Monitor site-wise budgets for ongoing projects
- Validate all site expenses (material, labour, transport, etc.) before processing
- Compare actual expenses vs approved budget and highlight deviations
- Coordinate with site supervisors / project team for expense justification
- Maintain project-wise cost tracking sheet
- Identify cost leakages and suggest cost-saving measures
- Approve or escalate unplanned / excess expenses to management
- Ensure all site expenses are properly documented with bills and approvals
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews coordination)
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Manage onboarding and exit process
- Track attendance, leaves, and working days
- Process payroll (including site workers/labour if applicable)
- Handle employee issues and maintain discipline
- Ensure compliance with labour laws
- Maintain HR reports and performance data
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in project-based / site-based accounting
- Strong control mindset (cost tracking, validation, approvals)
- Experience in handling labour workforce / contractors
- Good command over Excel (budget tracking is important)

Pay: ₹18,251.44 - ₹33,212.92 per month
