Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into computer systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it.
- Review and correct data errors when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain files and documents.
- Assist senior data entry operators with daily tasks.
- Generate simple reports when required.
- Follow company data management procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of internet and email
- Ability to follow instructions
Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 10+2 / Intermediate
- Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Computer Applications
