- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HRMS activities.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee-related documentation.
- Handle employee engagement and grievance-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Pay: ₹10,860.76 - ₹20,800.00 per month
