We are looking for an experienced Junior Textile Designer (Tech Pack) to join our buying office on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed Tech Packs / Specification Sheets with accurate measurements, construction details, Bill of Materials (BOM), trims, labels, and packaging details.
- Work closely with suppliers and the sourcing team to ensure technical accuracy throughout the product development process.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical and production-related queries.
Product Knowledge
Experience in one or more of the following product categories is preferred:
- Kitchen Textiles
- Tote Bags
- Bath Towels
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate technical documentation.
- Previous experience working with international clients or European brands is preferred.
- Women candidates will be given preference.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience as a Textile Designer with hands-on Tech Pack creation is mandatory.
- Experience working with buying offices, export houses, or companies supplying international brands will be given preference.
- Candidates without relevant Tech Pack experience are kindly requested not to apply.

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month (depending on the candidate's profile and experience)
