Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Assist in or manage the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Taxation & Compliance: Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST filing, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Audit Handling: Coordinate and facilitate statutory, internal, and tax audits with external auditors.
- Accounts Management: Monitor day-to-day accounting functions, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Financial Analysis: (For experienced candidates) Analyze financial data to provide insights into cost optimization and budget management.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualification: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) registered with ICAI.
- Experience:
- For Freshers: Strong fundamental knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and articleship experience.
- For Experienced (1–4 years): Proven track record in corporate accounting, tax compliance, or audit.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suiteand accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, Computax, Google sheet, Google Doc).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and an eye for detail.
