About Us
Civils Phodo is one of Bihar's fast-growing coaching institutes for UPSC, BPSC, and other Civil Services examinations. We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor & Camera Operator to join our in-house media team and create high-quality educational and promotional content.
Job Responsibilities
- Shoot classroom lectures, interviews, events, and promotional videos.
- Edit long-form lectures, YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Meta ad creatives.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
- Perform color correction and audio enhancement.
- Set up and operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to deliver engaging content.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
- Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video editing.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Media, Film, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and camera operations.
- Freshers with an excellent portfolio and practical skills are encouraged to apply.
