We are looking for a high energy, ambitious, and street smart Business Development Executive to join our fast growing B2B raw materials platform. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in industrial and B2B sales while learning how to build recurring revenue pipelines through customer engagement, disciplined outreach, and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the launch and commercialization of new product categories including Iron, aluminum alloys, electrodes, silicon carbide, magnesium ingots, refractories, and ferro alloys
- Identify and onboard foundries, non ferrous casting customers, secondary smelters, and industrial buyers
- Generate leads through cold calling, customer outreach, referrals, and market research
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their procurement requirements
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth pricing, supply, and delivery processes
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through direct B2B sales and trader partnerships
- Conduct supplier research, product trials, and pilot dispatch coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Track competitor activity, customer feedback, and market trends and share insights with management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, cold calling, or B2B client engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in customer interactions and relationship building
- Self motivated with a strong ownership mindset and ability to close deals
- Comfortable working in a target driven and fast paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, and sales reporting
- Basic understanding of market research and competitor benchmarking
- Experience in industrial products, metals, foundry, manufacturing, or raw materials industry will be an advantage
Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
