Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, circulars, guidelines, and stock
exchange requirements, including NSE/BSE. The role will involve regulatory monitoring, filings,
compliance tracking, documentation, and audit support.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Track regulatory circulars/updates and coordinate implementation of changes.
Prepare and submit regulatory returns, reports, and exchange filings within prescribed timelines.
Maintain compliance records, registers, checklists, and regulatory documentation.
Conduct compliance checks and identify/report exceptions or gaps.
Coordinate with internal teams and exchanges on compliance-related matters.
Support SEBI, exchange, internal, and statutory audits/inspections.
Track audit observations and assist in corrective and closure actions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
