Business Development Manager (BDM) – Physiotherapy Clinic
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue.
- Build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, fitness centers, corporates, and healthcare providers.
- Generate new business opportunities and referral networks.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to enhance clinic visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare business reports and performance updates for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, wellness, or medical services preferred.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven business development experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
