Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and onboard industrial clients for solar rooftop & ground-mounted projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and share requirements with the design/technical teams.
- Prepare proposals, follow up regularly, and support in deal closures.
- Build strong relationships with industries, consultants, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain reports and update management on BD activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in the solar industry (B2B/industrial/rooftop sales preferred).
- Basic understanding of solar components, costing, and ROI.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage fieldwork, client visits, and follow-ups consistently.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA, or equivalent).
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a background in Solar Energy, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related engineering fields will be preferred.
