JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Sales Coordinator – Tour & Travel
Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by handling client inquiries, preparing travel packages, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and vendors. The role focuses on converting leads into confirmed bookings while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Assist in preparing customized domestic and international travel itineraries and quotations
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other vendors for bookings
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure conversion and repeat business
- Process bookings and prepare travel documents (tickets, vouchers, invoices)
- Maintain and update client database and records
- Support promotional campaigns and share travel deals with clients
- Address client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Relevant experience in travel sales or coordination (preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
