The role
You will make our founder omnipresent. You'll take raw phone footage, category wins, and real business results and turn them into a high volume of Shorts, Reels, and LinkedIn content that makes brand founders say "I need to talk to these guys." You own the whole loop - idea, script, shoot direction, publish, read the numbers, do more of what worked.
You will:
Ship 12-15 short-form videos + 3-4 LinkedIn posts every week, consistently
Direct and capture founder footage (you'll drive the shoot - we're busy, you make it easy)
Turn real business results into content people actually watch
Own publishing across YouTube Shorts, Instagram, LinkedIn - end to end
Read the analytics weekly and tell us what to kill and what to double
Build a system, not a one-off calendar
You must have:
Your own channel or account you grew yourself - send the link and the numbers. This is non-negotiable and is the first thing we look at.
Proven volume - you can turn raw footage into 3 usable pieces in a day
Hooks. You understand that the first 2 seconds are 80% of the job
Full ownership: script, shoot, publish, analyse. No hand-holding
Comfort with messy input and a fast-moving founder
Nice to have:
B2B or founder-led content experience
AI tools in your workflow
Understanding of D2C or Amazon
You are NOT a fit if: you only edit what's handed to you, you need a brief for everything, or you've never published under your own name.

- Starting from raw, unedited phone footage, how many finished short-form videos can you produce in one day? Describe your process and the tools you use.
- This role means owning content end to end: deciding the idea, directing the shoot, publishing, and reading the analytics - without a brief. Are you comfortable working that way? Give one example where you did it.
