Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven Closing Manager to manage end-to-end sales closures and client engagements in the real estate sector. The role involves handling negotiations, ensuring legal and financial compliance, managing client relationships, and driving successful deal closures while meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and estimates for clients regarding project costs and returns
- Meet clients to review proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Review vendor bids for services such as advertising, events, and other project requirements
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
- Review contracts, proposals, and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all legal and documentation requirements are completed during the closing process
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients based on market conditions
- Prepare and manage closing documents such as agreements, contracts, and statements
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Coordinate site visits and engage with prospects to drive conversions Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
- Generate and qualify leads through B2B and B2C channels
- Achieve sales targets through effective sourcing and closing strategies Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Support clients throughout the buying journey until final delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, closing, or sourcing roles
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property laws, and transactions
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
