Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth site operations while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report daily updates to the management.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and labour teams.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Verify measurements and quantities for work completed.
- Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, labour attendance, and material consumption.
- Ensure timely procurement and proper utilization of construction materials.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure quality control throughout the project.
- Assist in project handover and preparation of completion documentation.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
