Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous and professional Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and provide information about hospital services. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, and hospital services.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and feedback.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for patient requirements.
- Address patient queries and complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Generate and maintain daily call reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and health camp promotions through outbound calls.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy at all times.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Hospital Management Software).
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
- Professional and polite telephone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours
Rotational shifts / General shift as per hospital requirements.
Preferred Candidate: Friendly, patient-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent service quality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
