Job Summary
Hindustan Gold Industries is looking for detail-oriented B.Com graduates to join our Metal Accounting team. The selected candidates will be responsible for recording, monitoring, and reconciling precious metal movements, maintaining production records, and ensuring accurate inventory accounting while supporting refinery and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain records of precious metal receipts, issues, transfers, and stock balances.
- Perform daily metal accounting and inventory reconciliation.
- Record production, refining, and dispatch data accurately.
- Verify metal movement documents and production reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Refinery, Laboratory, and Stores departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly metal accounting reports.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records and documentation.
- Assist in stock verification and physical inventory activities.
- Maintain data in ERP/Excel and support reporting requirements.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹10,864.17 - ₹22,000.00 per month
