Principal task: Process Development, Scale Up and Technology transfer of APl and Intermediates. Responsibilities: •Process development and optimization before scale-up activities, Lab demonstration & scale up of optimized process, solvent recovery and reusability. •Process development report, Investigation report, TT report, solvent recovery report preparation. •Impurity characterization by using spectroscopic technique like NMR, IR, UV, Mass. •Working towards cost reduction and time cycle reduction by debottlenecking of process. Utility performance monitoring, working towards the efficiency improvements. •To find out the root cause of the OOS in plant and provide the CAPA with justification. •Tech transfer of new molecules for DMF and NDMF with desired yield, Quality, Safety (Zero Accident) as planned by R&D. •Participation in Technology Transfer activity at in-house/Out-source location (CFT). •To maintain quality and safety standards in Lab. •Coordination with R&D, TT, ARL, EHS, Engineering and plant team for smooth functioning of Technology Transfer activities. •Hazard/Hazop study as per process concern. •Manpower and utility planning and execution for lab activity. •To train the TT, ARL and production team for technology transfer activity by demonstrating the lab batches along with R&D team. •Indent auxiliary items, Lab consumable and raw material from vendor. •Support for the DMF filling activity.
