4. Hotel Manager (1 Position)
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Manage complete hotel operations.
Supervise all hotel staff and daily activities.
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints professionally.
Monitor room occupancy and daily operations.
Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and maintenance.
Ensure staff discipline and productivity.
Prepare daily reports for the owner.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements
Previous hotel management or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage staff and guests effectively.
Responsible and trustworthy.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
