Both roles are responsible for ensuring all IT infrastructure and applications are delivered to the site as well as management of ticket management and escalations.</p><p></p><p><b>How you’ll make an impact:</b></p><ul><li>Accountable for local business relationship management and serving as the key point of escalation.</li><li>Aggregate demand for new and improved IT services required by the business and ensure overall business satisfaction with IT services.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and act as a point of contact for IT suppliers and CDC teams for IT-related topics.</li><li>Ensure ticket management, triage and escalation.</li><li>Provide infrastructure support/delivery onsite.</li><li>Maintain governance and security onsite.</li><li>Collect and manage the demands, incl. business requirements for factories and offices.</li><li>Provide IT build project management.</li><li>Provide a first line of support and governance for applications.</li><li>Ensure OT Asset IT/OT cybersecurity operational management.</li><li>Ensure first response in case of a cybersecurity emergency.</li><li>Plan and manage factory/site IT budget and cost control.</li><li>Ensure machine connectivity with network core switches.</li><li>Manage specific applications and vendor coordination on software and network connectivity. (PLC programming out of scope)</li><li>Ensure access to relevant applications for the factory or Hitachi Energy site.</li><li>Additionally, Site IT Service Delivery managers lead local IT professionals.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your background:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.
