Core Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop overall email marketing strategies to align with company business objectives and target audience needs.
- Campaign Execution: Design, build, and deploy promotional campaigns, newsletters, and transactional emails.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Segment email lists based on customer behavior, past engagement, and demographics to deliver highly relevant content.
- Automation: Set up and manage automated triggered workflows (e.g., welcome sequences, abandoned cart emails, lead nurturing).
- Analytics & Testing: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines and content, analyze KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and report on revenue generation.
- List Hygiene & Compliance: Maintain database health and ensure campaigns comply with industry policies and data protection regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Collaboration: Partner with design, content, and sales teams to produce on-brand messaging and support lead generation.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Typically 2-5 years of proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of email service providers and marketing automation platforms (such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for template customization is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong copywriting abilities, and meticulous attention to detail
Pay: ₹12,416.02 - ₹56,676.50 per month
