We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our FMCG supermarket. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing store performance, leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Supervise inventory, stock, and expiry management.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily cash reconciliation.
Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures.
Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product availability.
Ensure compliance with GST, FSSAI, and company SOPs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience in FMCG retail or supermarket management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work flexible shifts.
Salary: As per experience + Performance Incentives.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
