- Experience: 1 to 5+ years of experience in residential facility management, hostel administration, or a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong crisis management, conflict resolution, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
- The role focuses on maintaining a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment. Key duties include room allotment, enforcing curfews, supervising maintenance, handling emergencies, and ensuring the physical and mental well-being of the students.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
