Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Workday PRISM Consultant with 0–4 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on or practical experience with Workday PRISM, along with a good understanding of Workday reporting, data integration, and data management.
This role is suitable for candidates who have worked with Workday PRISM and are looking to build or further develop their career in Workday data and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Workday PRISM to support data integration, ingestion, transformation, and management.
- Assist in developing and maintaining PRISM-based data solutions.
- Work with Workday reporting and understand reporting requirements.
- Support data integration processes between Workday and other systems.
- Analyze data and troubleshoot data quality or integration-related issues.
- Understand business and technical requirements and assist in delivering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to support project requirements.
- Perform testing and validation of data and integration processes.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions.
- Support ongoing improvements and optimization of Workday PRISM solutions.
Required Skills
- 0–4 years of experience in Workday PRISM or related Workday data/integration technologies.
- Good understanding of Workday PRISM functionality.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting and data integration.
- Understanding of data ingestion, transformation, and data management concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
- Willingness to learn and work on new Workday technologies and requirements.
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with Workday PRISM projects.
- Experience working with Workday reporting and integration requirements.
- Exposure to data analytics, ETL, or data management concepts.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are strongly preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
