Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits administration.
- Oversee factory HR operations to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to drive business outcomes through people initiatives.
- Ensure seamless integration of HR processes across the organization.
- Administer plant routine activities of admin.
- Collaborate with local people, leaders and authorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of Factory HR principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
