*Job Overview*
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team. The role involves identifying potential clients, explaining our e-commerce services, and converting leads into business. The candidate should be confident in communication and passionate about sales.
*Key Responsibilities*
Identify and connect with potential sellers and brands who want to sell on e-commerce platforms.
Explain Bizmet’s services related to Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and Ajio.
Generate leads through calls, online platforms, and networking.
Convert leads into clients and close sales deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and sales progress.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of new clients.
*Requirements*
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Experience*
Freshers can apply.
0–2 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred.
