Job Title: Food & Beverage Associate
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and personalized service to guests in accordance with the standards of a 5-star luxury hotel. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards within the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, personalized service.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings, including daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared promptly after use.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, bar, or banquet area.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Adhere to grooming, uniform, and professional appearance standards expected in a luxury hotel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
