About the Role
Potful India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Supply Chain Head to lead procurement, inventory planning, vendor management, logistics, and overall supply chain operations for our growing food business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the food industry with expertise in procurement and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Develop and implement efficient sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, pricing, and contracts.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage and stock variances.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and production teams for smooth supply planning.
- Analyze supply chain performance and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and MIS related to procurement and supply chain activities.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across the supply chain function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Mandatory experience in the food industry/QSR/F&B sector.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and inventory planning.
- Experience in SAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
