- Answer customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries.
- Explain slimming programs, treatments, packages, and promotions.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Follow up with existing clients regarding treatment progress and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database systems.
- Coordinate with nutritionists, therapists, and sales teams.
- Assist in customer retention and membership renewals.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally.
- Sales and upselling skills can be an advantage.
- Any graduate or diploma holder (requirements vary by employer).
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or fitness industries is often preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
