EOSGlobe is seeking a Senior Manager – Marketing to lead and manage the company’s end-to-end branding, marketing, SEO, and event management initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can strategize, execute, and inspire a team to deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen EOSGlobe’s brand presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Branding & Positioning
- Develop and maintain EOSGlobe’s brand identity across all platforms.
- Drive employer branding and corporate communications to enhance visibility.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Oversee digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and lead-generation activities.
- Content & Creative
- Supervise creation of thought-leadership content, blogs, case studies, and social media assets.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and design across channels.
- Event Management
- Plan and execute corporate events, webinars, client engagements, and industry conferences.
- Build partnerships and PR opportunities to enhance brand reputation.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals (digital, creative, content, events).
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and brand performance metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
Desired Competency:
- Education: MBA in Marketing / Communications (preferred).
- Experience: 9–12 years in marketing, branding, and digital strategy, ideally within BPM/IT or service industries.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in SEO, digital campaigns, and brand management.
- Proven track record in event planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- AI-first mindset and familiarity with new-age marketing tools.
