Key Responsibilities:
● - Perform regular maintenance and live repair of e2W bikes brought in at our Yulu
centres.
● - Use hand tools and power tools to fix mechanical and electrical issues as per the
diagnosed faults.
● - Conduct thorough diagnostics of incoming vehicles, identify issues, and solve
mechanical, electrical, or system-related problems in e2W bikes.
● - Resolve problems in real-time, ensuring the bike is safe, reliable, and fully operational.
● - Engage professionally with users who bring in bikes for repair, ensuring a smooth,
courteous, and positive customer experience.
● - Communicate repair details and timelines to users clearly and efficiently.
● - Complete a set target of repairs as determined by your supervisor, maintaining a
consistent and efficient workflow.
● - Ensure that all repairs meet the company's standards for quality, safety, and
performance.
● - Use the correct spare parts based on the diagnostic results and repair requirements,
ensuring parts are properly recorded in Inventory management.
● - Follow all safety protocols while working with tools, equipment, and vehicles.
● - Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and free of hazards, ensuring a safe environment
for yourself and colleagues.
● - Ensure that all hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment are maintained,
calibrated, and used properly to ensure precision and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
● - Fundamental knowledge of two-wheeler parts, systems, and maintenance, with an
emphasis on electric vehicles (EVs).
● - Moderate to Proficient in diagnosing and resolving both mechanical and basic electrical
issues, especially in electric 2W bikes.
● - Ability to perform repairs with a high level of accuracy and care, ensuring all work is
completed to the highest standard.
● - Familiarity with using Android smartphones for work-related tasks, such as tracking
repairs, diagnostics, and user interactions.
● - A strong commitment to working safely and maintaining a safe work environment.
● - Professional demeanor when interacting with users, ensuring a positive experience
during bike drop-offs and pickups.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
