Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools related to Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software and system issues effectively.
- Ability to interpret system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with database management and querying to support data integrity and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
