Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Plastics, Polymer Engineering, or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
Production Line Quality
- Perform first-off approval before production starts.
- Conduct hourly in-process inspection as per Control Plan.
- Verify product dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Check product appearance for visual defects.
- Approve machine setup after mould change.
- Monitor critical dimensions throughout production.
- Ensure process parameters remain within approved limits.
Product Inspection
Inspect components for:
- Flash
- Short Shot
- Sink Mark
- Flow Mark
- Weld Line
- Burn Mark
- Silver Streak
- Air Trap
- Warpage
- Colour Variation
- Black Spot
- Bubble
- Gate Defect
- Scratch
- Dent
- Ejector Mark
- Contamination
- Crack

Maintain and update:
- First Piece Inspection Report (FAI)
- Patrol Inspection Report
- In-Process Inspection Report
- Rejection Report
- Defect Analysis Report
