Core Responsibilities
- Lead Prospecting: Researching and building curated lists of decision-makers within target accounts using market intelligence.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Launching high-volume outbound sequences via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Inbound Screening: Evaluating inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to determine their genuine purchase intent.
- Lead Qualification: Conducting discovery calls using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to assess prospect fit.
- Meeting Handoffs: Booking and transitioning highly qualified opportunities over to Account Executives to close.
- CRM Management: Documenting every touchpoint, call log, and email sequence accurately inside Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Feedback Loops: Partnering with marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles based on direct outreach data.
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year experience in sales. Experience in Furniture sales or Interior design will be an additional points.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
