Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and Accops thin client machines.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and hardware drivers.
- Provide Level 1 network troubleshooting and support.
- Install and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and Outlook.
- Install and support office-related and third-party applications.
- Raise and follow up on internet leased line (ILL) downtime tickets with service providers.
- Prepare and share daily SOS reports.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot antivirus software.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware-related issues and ticket management.
- Create, modify, and delete user accounts in Active Directory (AD).
- Perform desktop hardening activities and Windows patch management.
- Possess basic knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS installation and support.
- Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and office productivity tools.
- Knowledge of Active Directory user administration.
- Understanding of endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
- Familiarity with hardware vendors and warranty support processes.
- Basic knowledge of Hyper-V and virtualization technologies.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: IT/Computer Science).
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
