We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead B2C sales in the general insurance segment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in life and health insurance, along with a proven track record in direct customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise in life and health insurance to cross-sell and upsell products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Provide expert insurance advisory based on customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in cross-selling multiple insurance products
- Strong network in B2C segment
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience: 4– 5 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance, with at least 2+ years in
a team handling/managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics
