Key Roles & Responsibilities (KRA)1. Front Desk Management
- Welcome visitors, customers, vendors, doctors, and guests professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and appointments.
- Guide visitors to the appropriate department/person.
- Ensure reception area cleanliness and professional appearance.
2. Call Handling & Communication
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Transfer calls to the concerned departments.
- Provide basic information about company products and services.
- Record customer inquiries and forward them to the responsible team.
- Maintain proper telephone etiquette.
3. Customer & Guest Coordination
- Attend customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins.
- Provide basic product information as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales/customer support teams for follow-ups.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
4. Administrative Support
- Support daily office administrative activities.
- Manage courier inward & outward records.
- Handle office stationery requirements.
- Maintain important files and documents.
- Assist management in routine coordination work.
5. Appointment & Meeting Management
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Inform concerned persons about visitor schedules.
- Maintain meeting room arrangements.
6. Email & Data Management
- Check and forward official emails.
- Maintain Excel sheets and reports.
- Update customer/visitor databases.
- Prepare daily activity reports.
7. Attendance & HR Support (If Required)
- Support employee attendance tracking.
- Coordinate interview scheduling.
- Assist in joining documentation.
- Help HR/Admin department whenever required.
8. Office Coordination
- Coordinate between different departments:
- Sales
- Accounts
- Dispatch
- Quality
- Management
- Ensure smooth internal communication.

- Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
