Role: Guest Relation executive

The Guest Relationship Executive is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, addressing their needs, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized assistance.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations when required.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Maintain guest records and preferences for personalized service.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction during their stay.
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and special offers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality, or front office operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
